To be eligible for a refund, clients must adhere to the following guidelines:
-Email: Send a refund request to healthxdiet@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order/Invoice Number]."
-Counselor: Contact your assigned counselor to initiate the refund process.
-Name of the client.
-Purchase date.
-Reason for refund.
-Bank Transfer: The refund amount will be transferred to the client's provided bank account.
-UPI: The refund amount will be transferred to the client's provided UPI address.
